This is a general scale that measures satisfaction with a specific workplace program. Rather than specifically measuring outcomes, it reflects the degree to which the respondent likes or is satisfied with the program.
The responses are generally affectively-oriented “gut reactions” rather than a careful consideration of the specifics of a program or intervention. It is not intended or expected to drive outcomes, and in many ways, operates more like a happiness with work scale.
In order to measure satisfaction with specific facets of the program, you should use measures directed at each of the program’s individual specific facets. This scale is only used as a Post-Test.
